I'm surprised that they removed the bone in the middle of the crispy pata,no hassle in eating it and slicing it. They chopped the mid section and all you just use your fork to grab the meat. Then eat! eat! eat! , but too bad that the finger section is hard to eat, and the part is no longer boneless.

Another first kind of meal that I tried during my lunch at Misibis Bay. I like their stuffed squid with laing inside. I want to cook the similar recipe here at home. It is creamy, and slight chili.

It looks weird, but the taste is good, juicy laing with coconut milk cooked over that pizza. The pizza is soft and expect an oily feeling after eating. Only offered here at Misibis Bay.
