I almost forgot that @ikkoryuph ajitama tonkotsu ramen is my fave bec of its thick and tasty soup base, perfectly cooked noodles, tasty soft pork meat, soft boild eggs and served always hot. Serving is right and i can pair it with a rice or a gyoza. Yup sometimes i ate ramen and then followed by some gyoza or rice with chasu pork.
