Gyudon (Kurosawa resto, Resorts World Manila)
I ordered this in Kurosawa, sounds like the name came from famous Japanese film maker Akira Kurosawa, but their menu and images will speak for it. I love raw egg in my gyudon, that's why I ordered this for my dinner after I saw a photo of it in their donburi set menu. I forgot how much is this, but I think it is around P250, the bowl is big and I love their cold ice tea, a bottomless drink for around P100 as I recall.
The beef strips are thick and the gyudon sauce is not salty or sweet.
